Le Jardin (The Garden) is a large old riad restaurant full of tall banana trees and other foliage that provide shade for the tables scattered around the courtyard. It’s located in the Marrakech medina north of the main square, close to the souks in Sidi Abdelaziz.
Upstairs there are two large terraces.
Open from breakfast through dinner, the menu offers a mix of international and Moroccan dishes, including salads, sandwiches, burgers, fresh juices, couscous and tagines.
It’s a good place to go to escape the midday summer sun. In the cooler months black and white films are shown against an outside wall on one of the terraces.
Le Jardin also has a small fresh vegetable shop on the patio level where they sell organic produce.
