Daylight Savings Time Morocco
For most of the year, Morocco is on GMT, the same time zone as the UK, but like the UK, Morocco also has its version of summer daylight savings time. This year the clocks were advanced one hour on 28 April and they were temporarily returned to GMT on 7 July for the duration of Ramadan.
At the end of Ramadan, in the early hours of Saturday 10 August, the clocks will again advance one hour and remain on GMT+1 until 29 September.
So for the next time change in Morocco, on the night of Friday 9 August going into Saturday 10 August, when local daylight time reaches Saturday, 10 August, 2013 at 02:00 AM, clocks are turned forward one hour to Saturday, 10 August, 2013 at 03:00 AM local standard time
